21 Dec 2020 was endorsed and approved by the Laws of Penza region №3587-ZPO "On amending the Law of Penza oblast "On introduction of the patent taxation system on the territory of the Penza region and establishment size potentially possible to obtaining by the individual entrepreneur annual income for business activities, applying the patent system of taxation" and No. 3588-ZPO "On establishing the tax rates for certain categories of taxpayers when applying the simplified taxation system"
Amendments to the regional legislation have been prepared, among other things, in order to ensure a smooth transition of business entities to a simplified tax system or a patent in connection with the abolition of the UTII from 01.01.2021, and provide for preferences for paying taxes.
